South East Coast Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust (SECAmb)
We proposed the use of Indeed Sponsored Job Ads for the recruitment of paramedics internationally, as well as for 999 and 111 call handlers much closer to home. The results of both campaigns were a resounding success, and this has led to an ongoing partnership between SECAmb, Indeed and NHS Creative.
The Indeed Sponsored Jobs solution was simple to adopt and we’ve made over 75 hires for Paramedics. In addition, our most recent campaign yielded over 100 successful offers for 999 and 111 Call Handlers, all to be based in our contact centres. This has had a huge impact on our recruitment activities and we are extremely grateful for the partnership we have built.
