Baby Come Back

Targeting returning quitters

A creative direct mailing exercise utilising service data to target ‘quitters’ who have attended Hampshire Primary Care Trust’s stop smoking programme but not returned.

Have these people quit, and if not, could they be tempted back to the service? We used a friendly approach and a retro 70’s style to reach out to people in a humorous way.
